  2. On the payment page: When entering your shipping address (no payment required at this stage), the available shipping options for your area will appear. If you see an option, we can ship to you!
  3. Ask us directly: If you’re unsure or the options above don’t clarify your situation, feel free to reach out to us. We’re happy to assist, and in many cases, we’ve found personalized solutions by speaking directly with our customers.

When will my order be shipped?

At Dinosauria Creatures, all our orders are carefully made on demand to ensure that every replica meets the highest quality standards.

The shipping time may vary depending on the product you’ve chosen and current demand. Generally:

  • On-demand orders: These are processed and shipped within 2 to 10 business days, allowing us to create and prepare your replica with the care it deserves.
  • In-stock orders: In very specific circumstances, we may have stock available. If that’s the case, your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with all the tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

What’s the difference between the unprimed, primed, and hand-painted variants?

The variants of our products come with different finishing options that affect both the appearance and the manufacturing process. Here’s what each one means:

  • Unprimed: This is the most basic option. The piece comes without any prior treatment, meaning the surface is ready to be painted or worked on by you if you wish. It’s ideal if you want to fully customize it or if you have experience working with materials.
  • Primed: In this case, the piece has been coated with a primer that prepares the surface for painting. This finish is perfect if you're looking for a solid, even base to paint yourself, or if you prefer that the piece is ready for applying colors without having to worry about paint adhesion.
  • Hand-painted: The most detailed option. Each piece is carefully hand-painted by our painter, ensuring that every replica has a unique, high-quality finish. Hand-painting is ideal if you want a piece that’s ready to be displayed, with maximum attention to detail and finish. Additionally, with this option, you will have access to a private chat with the painter, allowing you to discuss details, resolve any doubts, and ensure that the final result meets your expectations. This option is perfect for those who want a closer, more personalized level of attention and detail.

Can I request a different scale than the ones you offer?

Absolutely! At Dinosauria Creatures, we offer the possibility to customize the scale of our replicas. If you have a specific scale in mind that isn't part of our standard offering, just contact us and we’ll be happy to review your request.

Keep in mind that due to the customization, production time and price may vary depending on the size and complexity of the work. But don’t worry, we’ll be with you throughout the process to make sure you get the product exactly as you envision it.

What’s the difference between a kit and a fully assembled replica?

The difference between a kit and a fully assembled replica depends on the size and finish of the piece you’ve chosen:

  • Kit: If you’ve chosen a replica that comes as a kit, you’ll receive the parts separately, allowing you to enjoy the assembly and customization process. This option is ideal if you enjoy working on manual projects, as you’ll be able to assemble and paint the replica at your own pace.
  • Fully assembled replica: If you’ve chosen a replica that comes fully assembled, the piece will arrive already put together. Hand-painted replicas are always shipped fully assembled (although in some cases, they may arrive separated from the base for safety reasons during transport, and the assembly is very simple). Primed and unprimed replicas are also shipped fully assembled, as long as the size allows, except in the case of very large pieces, which may be shipped in multiple parts.

Both options depend on the type of piece you’ve chosen, but in each case, we strive to send it in the most practical and safe way possible.

Do you make life-size replicas?

Yes, we do! At Dinosauria Creatures, we have the ability to create life-size replicas (1:1 scale). However, this type of project requires a personalized study for each piece. Each life-size replica is made according to the client’s specifications and needs, so we work closely with you to ensure the result is exactly what you envision.

These projects may involve variations in production time and price, as they depend on the complexity of the piece, materials, and the level of detail you desire.

Can I display the replicas in a place where they receive direct sunlight?

We do not recommend it, our replicas are designed to be displayed indoors and prolonged exposure to sunlight can damage them.
