Shipping policy

When will my order be processed and received?

All orders are made to order, except for available stock, and are handled and shipped from our Workshop.
Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

The time necessary to receive your order will be the one indicated at the time prior to making the purchase, and will be marked in a calculated way by the company in charge of making the delivery.

Customs formalities?

We are not responsible for possible delays caused by the customs department in your country.


How will I receive my order?



The Replicas are supplied with the option, in the purchase process, of priming in Dark Gray, so that they are ready to be painted or painted by a professional painter.

Full Replica (one piece): We supply the complete Replica in those Models that are Small, and the Models that are Medium / Large or not very bulky, will have the option of being able to choose Complete or Assembly Kit according to your choice.
The Complete Replicas will be supplied separately from their base.

Replica Assembly Kit: We supply the Replicas whose Models are Large / Very Large or bulky, only with this option. The indicated Replicas (Generally composed of Base, Head, Body and Tail) will come prepared for the subsequent assembly that will be required by the client, by sanding, adhesive or technique chosen by their choice.

All Replicas are checked under close examination before being shipped and will be carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.
